Last month the Roaring Fork Mountain Bike Association, a Chapter of IMBA, held our first Membership Drive Party in Carbondale. Many thanks to Beer Works for hosting a great night of food, drink, and music & donating a $1 for each beer poured! Many of the local riders in attendance joined us by becoming first time joint RFMBA-IMBA members, an important step that advances both local and national mountain bike trail advocacy issues. If you heard about the party, but missed out, there’s still time to become a member today! Simply visit www.rfmba.org/membership to learn more.
Huge thanks go to our new business sponsors, our many generous silent auction donors, and our volunteer board members! Auction items were donated by Aspen Skiing Company, Aspen Bike Rentals, Aspen Velo, Gear Exchange, High Society Freeride Company, Hub of Aspen, Ute City Cycles, 20/20 Eye Care, Grease Monkey of Glenwood Springs, Honey Stinger, Sunlight Ski & Bike, Backbone Media, Road Runner Mobile Bike Service, Ragged Mountain Sports, City Market, CORE / Energy Smart, Mountain Flyer, Taster’s Pizza, Towne Restaurant, Aspen Cycling Tours, Polesis Design Jewlery, Timbo’s Pizza, Sun Dog Athletics, Aspen Skin Solutions, Ironbridge Golf Club, Alpine Animal Hospital, Sky Hotel in Aspen, Phat Tai Restaurant, Shredly, and Mountain Sports Outlet.
Thanks! Now get out there and ride!
